We had a great time at the Houston International Quilt Fesitval! What an experience to see all the talent that exists out there in the world. The Quilt entries were amazing.
We're going to Chicago! If you're going to be there be sure to stop by our booth #1814. We will be out-of-town from April 5 thru April 11. If you are placing any orders during that time, please be patient and we will send those out just as soon as we return and thank you so much! ... now what to pack?
So, we had a wonderful time at the Utah Quilt Fest, saw lots of friends and made new ones, too. We managed to finish our latest patterns just in the nick of time. We've started writing a series of patterns to use the Wedge Ruler. They are seasonal and the Fall series is now available ... they will be posted very soon. We also had a bit of tornado weather with lots of rain but was followed up with an amazing rainbow with the most vibrant colors ever!
Hope everyone has had a fabulous Summer. It's time to start looking toward Fall and, dare I say it, Christmas will be here before you know it!!! We are going to have a booth up at the Utah State Quilt Festival in Layton, Utah this week ... stop by and see us! There are lots of fun booths, beautiful quilts and great classes! This year's theme is A Quilted Christmas so come and get a jump start on your Christmas shopping. Hope you see you there!
Hope everyone is enjoying a great summer! The heat has been a challenge but hopefully everyone is surviving!
School will be starting soon. This time of year makes me feel like settling into a project as the kids settle into school. So we've been busy coming up with proejcts!
Well we did it! We survived our first Market! It really was great. We met tons of fabulous people from all over and we learned so very much. A great big thank you goes out to all those who helped "school" us and were so free with their time and advice. We are so fortunate to be here, learning and growing, in such a wonderful industry.
We're gearing up for the Spring Market here in Salt Lake City! So very excited and can't wait to experience one of the quilting hubs!
